How do I return an item?

~We strive to satisfy our customers. 
~Due to sanitation, tea can NOT be returned.
~If you are displeased with purchased teaware please email      eric@fragrantcup.com and explain your concerns.
~Only Store Credit can be refunded for tea.
~teaware can be returned within 7 business days if unused for a refund, not including shipping.
~If the teaware arrived broken, please email a photo of the broken item/s and I will refund your purchase not including the shipping cost.
~If you received the wrong goods, don't open your tea or use any items, email
eric@fragrantcup.com along with your order # and a list of the teas/teaware you happened to receive.
